The Family Campground isn't well published, but it's a good thing! Approx 20 sites, all with Electric and Water, dump station by the entrance/exit, bath house with 1 shower, 2 sinks/toilets. Not many sites are level, so bring your blocks. Quiet and wooded, had a deer and neighborhood cat visit our site. Trash can, picnic table, and fire ring at each site. Only $23/night non-county resident. Close to DC, Joint Base Andrews, Southern MD, etc. Registration only available at the park office from 7:30am-3pm though. They do allow you to stay the night before and register in the morning. We will be coming back!

We are staying here for two weeks, we have a 44' fifth wheel, if you want to stay here, the best spots are #24, or25 for big rigs. The camp ground is in the woods, quite, peaceful. The best part is the price,$13.00 night electric and water. Very close to the metro, to take you to DC.
