Around this time of the season I found it best to go early in the morning around 6am. They are open 24 hours but they don't restock the shelves until 4 am so if you are a late shopper this is the ideal time to find gifts that was out of stock during the day.
I have been going to this Toys "R" Us for years same manager so you know hes doing his job some of the stuff I still recognize Always helpful Never a problem
A lot of the shelves were empty in the baby section, and they don't give raincheck for sale out of stock items. But the customer service was outstanding! 5 stars for customer service
There were an adequate number of registers open and the online order pick up process was seemless. That's pretty good for it to be about a week before Christmas.
Management needs to be improved. The staff is good, just poorly managed and unorganized. Product selection is one of the few things that seems to be well managed.
