I pulled up my banking information and presented the purchase date...all good!
1st I brought 4 bamboo plants. The lady so busy saying hello and hugging someone, she couldn't hand me my receipt and change, nor do she bag my items. I had to do it myself. Then I came back n to buy a pallet of pellets. It took forever and after speaking g to 3 different customer service representative before I was helped.
She couldn't find the purchase via credit card... feeling more guilty!
I swore it wasn't me but that"sure whatever" look was piercing my soul.
Usually much better service at other Lowes. Had some excellent prices on tools. Almost out of Bosticth floor nailers. A steal. Porter Cable battery operated tools.
I just returned a 100.00 power washer a week ago. The associate decided to open the box because it seemed suspect.
The employees are always helpful and kind even when I have know idea of what I need or want. I want to give a special thanks to John in plumbing, Kyle in flooring and Manager Omari. They have been extremely helpful in not only helping me find what I need in their store but searching and calling other stores if they don't have a particular item.
