Love that it's open 24 hours
Great gym. Clean, friendly atmosphere. Great trainers.
I was a bit hesitant at first since this gym is much further away from my house than the Anytime Fitness that just recently closed (17 miles!!). I gave it a try and really love it there. It's a small gym but it has everything you need to get an effective workout. I have belonged to this gym for a couple months now and waited to write a review to make sure I have allowed sufficient time to try it out. In last 2 months, no equipment ever broke down. Bathroom is well stocked. Equipments are clean and state of the art. I love being able to watch TV or youtube while on the treadmill/elliptical/ stairs. And thank goodness for WIFI!!!!! It's like air! Can't live without. Members of the staff are friendly. The owner of the gym and his personal trainer take their time to know every single member. Feel like a small family, which is totally unlike big corporate chains. I know I am not going to gym to socialize and who cares if they know my name. But I like it when I walked in and they say "hey ... haven't seen you in 3 days ... are you ok?" LOL they know I am a gym rat. Love this place. Price is reasonable and it's never crowded. That means I can superset my workouts without asking "can i work my set into yours?" Love it!
A little over priced and not a lot of bonuses for the cost.
