I brought my car hear for inspection the car failed inspection the technician gave me a list of repairs that needed to be done. Two weeks later r the repairs was completed I return to the service station for a reinspection the technician informed me that I needed to pay again to have me vechicle re inspected. Mine you, I have 30 days to bring my car back for a re inspection. The technician refuse to do his job. So I had the inspection done at another service station. These guys don't no there job they are tell people that there vehicles need parts that they really don't need to make money for them sales. Warning Don't do Any Service With This Citgo service Station at all. I have found a complaint with the state police office as well
This Citgo has terrible business practices, horrible customer service and no respect for the community in which there are located. Their rating of a D- from the Better Business Bureau says it all. Don't support this D rated, lousy busy.
Mr. and Mrs. Hill you all are totally wrong. Here is the truth ! They bought a defective motor from Canada that was supposed to be rebuilt. They bought a crappy motor that was painted to look new and brought it to the shop to have it installed. Its bad of course, now what you want the shop to eat YOUR mistake ? Perhaps buy an engine from a LOCAL supplier that you can hear the motor run ! And then..... don't pass off the blame to a shop who was only trying to help you. P.S. Buy American...don't buy Audi's or any other car you can not afford to fix.
I accompanied my friend to get his vehicle serviced at this business, and witnessed the most disrespectful display of customer service ever. The service to my friend's vehicle was lousy, and when he attempted to rectify the situation, the owner refused to work through the problem of fixing the problem, and then threatened to call the police when my friend continued to ask questions about whether the mechanic followed manufacturer's protocol in servicing his vehicle. Don't go to this business for auto repair service; you'll regret it!
The Clinton Citgo has terrible customer service. I have been standing outfront in protest of their lack of transparency and ability to offer the customer quality service. Please do not ever spend your money here. They have been given a D- grade from the Better Business Bureau. Go online and read the reviews before you make the same mistake I DID!!!!!!!!
